Miniature Corn Cob Pipe
This miniature corn cob pipe measuring approx. 3½ inches long
with a 1 inch tall bowl is a fully functional pipe having a corn
cob bowl, wooden stem and plastic mouth piece. These small pipes
were sometimes called 'sweet smokes' owing to their small size
allowing for a quick smoke and some say sweeter smoker. These small pipes are said to have been
once used as tobacco tasters
allowing I suppose, a person to sample the specific pipe tobacco
from the seller before the buyer made his final tobacco purchase
decision. These little pipes are a good alternative to the more
expensive larger pipes and a great little starter pipe for the 'grow
your own tobacco' gardeners. Also are great for craft projects.
