Zimmer Spanish is an old variety dating back prior to 1880
It is said to be a strain from the old Havana Seed variety.
Leaves are medium in size, have good body and
elasticity, with small veins, and they resemble the Cuban variety.
Leaves are set close together, 14-20 leaves, height of about 4 feet.
Uses are cigar
filler, binder and wrappers as well as being used for blending
cigarette and pipe tobacco. |
