Historical Uses:
Chewing tobacco, snuff, cigarette and cigar blending.Greenwood is a large,
long leaf dark fired type tobacco having semi drooping leaves that are thick and
gummy when mature. It is used primarily as a plug or chewing tobacco when fire cured
but when air cured can also be used like other tobacco for blending etc. It is said
to be an old strain of the 'Pryor' tobacco and is still popular even to today.
